Why this matters

Movement content should be interactive.

Most movement content today is still passive. Users watch videos, but they don't always know whether they are following correctly.

Hoppa Dance adds an interactive layer on top of existing YouTube content, helping users actively practice movements in real time.

Instead of only watching:

  • Users participate
  • Improve coordination
  • Stay engaged longer
  • Practice repeatedly

This creates a much stronger learning experience around creator content.

For creators

Why creators benefit.

Real upside for movement creators — without changing how you already work.

01

More engagement

Your content becomes something users actively practice instead of passively consuming.

02

More watch time potential

Users repeatedly return to practice routines, choreography, workouts, and movement patterns.

03

Reach new audiences

Hoppa introduces your content to users specifically looking for interactive movement practice.

04

Stronger community connection

Interactive training creates deeper engagement than traditional video consumption.

05

Early creator advantage

Early creators may become featured instructors inside the platform as the app grows.

06

Built for movement creators

Dance, fitness, mobility, coordination, martial arts, yoga, rhythm training, and more.

Creator-first

Your content always stays yours.

Hoppa Dance is designed to support creators — not replace them.

  • Videos are never reuploaded
  • Videos are never stored on Hoppa servers
  • All videos stream directly from YouTube
  • Users still watch your original content
  • Hoppa supports your channel growth
  • Direct links send users to your YouTube channel
  • You can request removal anytime

Vision

Hoppa Dance aims to create a new category where creators can turn existing video content into interactive learning experiences.

The goal is simple: help users practice better while helping creators grow stronger communities around their content.

FAQ

Questions creators ask.

Short answers. No surprises.

We offer a 75% revenue share on Hoppa Dance Ads. Before a routine starts, users watch an advertisement (some skippable, some non-skippable). Every viewed ad is recorded and credits earnings to your account based on your routines' completions. Payouts are made directly once your balance reaches €100.

Never. We strictly stream all video and audio in real-time directly through the official YouTube iframe player. We do not download, store, or cache your media files. We only perform a one-time analysis of your video's choreography to generate stick-figure coordinate data for live scoring.

Yes, 100%. You maintain full copyright and ownership of your brand, videos, and content. By participating, you only grant Hoppa a non-exclusive license to feature your YouTube link inside our app so users can play along.

You are free to leave or hide your routines at any time. Simply notify us (or toggle it off in the upcoming creator panel), and your video and data will be completely removed from the app within 24 to 48 hours, no questions asked.

Hoppa is officially released and available to download on the Apple App Store! We are actively onboarding creators and partnering with movement instructors to feature their choreography.
